Overview

My work focused on building a cohesive, high-performing email experience for Kitsch. I designed modular campaign templates, optimized lifecycle flows, and developed visual systems that captured the brand’s signature mix of fun and sophistication. Each design aimed to balance commercial performance with a distinctly human touch.

Challenge

Kitsch’s growing catalog and seasonal releases demanded speed and visual consistency. The brand needed a scalable email system that could adapt to frequent launches while staying true to its identity. The challenge was to maintain engagement and conversion rates while keeping the design fresh, cohesive, and unmistakably Kitsch.

Solution

Each digital touchpoint—from the app to emails to social—was designed to deliver a consistent, intuitive brand experience. Good UX was key to helping customers discover, shop, and engage with ease.

Results

Branding is about crafting a cohesive experience that builds trust and drives loyalty. Through thoughtful design and messaging, I helped align Kitsch’s visual identity with customer needs: creating lasting engagement across mobile, email, and social.
