My role centered on enhancing the Kitsch mobile experience and digital touchpoints through intentional UI/UX design, high-converting email templates, and engaging social visuals.
I was responsible for translating Kitsch’s bold, trend-forward aesthetic into a seamless mobile interface and cohesive customer experience.

Challenge

Kitsch’s expanding catalog and subscription offerings required a mobile app experience that was easy to navigate while supporting limited-time launches and educational storytelling.

Simultaneously, their email and social channels needed a consistent visual system to maintain brand recognition, improve click-through rates, and boost customer lifetime value.
